Processing & Shipping Times
All perlengewitter pieces are handmade and produced on demand. That means every order is crafted just for you — thank you for your patience and support of slow creation.
Please allow up to:

• 10 business days for orders within Germany

• 15 business days for EU countries (selected), Switzerland and the UK

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship with DHL GoGreen, a climate-friendly service, using small-package and international Warenpost options.

• Germany: DHL Kleinpaket GoGreen — €4.00

• EU Zone 1: DHL Warenpost International GoGreen — €5.50

• EU Zone 2: DHL Warenpost International GoGreen — €5.50

• Switzerland: DHL Warenpost International GoGreen — 6.00 CHF

• United Kingdom: DHL Warenpost International GoGreen – 5.70 GBP

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We currently only ship to selected EU countries, Switzerland and the UK.
EU Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, France, Poland, Netherlands
EU Zone 2: Italy, Spain

Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, including Switzerland, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Delays & Issues
Once your order has been handed over to DHL, delays may occur that are beyond our control. If something goes wrong, please contact us at info@perlengewitter.com — we’ll do our best to help.

Liability for Shipping – Lost or Damaged Packages
Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to you, the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery. We will fully support you in the event of loss or damage and provide all necessary information and documentation required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
